AI Content Disclaimer

All AI-generated content — including study plans, MCQs, long-answer questions, and tutor explanations — is intended for learning assistance only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific examination. Always verify important information from official sources before exams.

Acceptable Use

When using StudyLumo, you must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or harvest content from the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or infrastructure
  • Impersonate any person or entity

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, design, code, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of StudyLumo and its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the app without express written permission.

Third-Party Services

StudyLumo uses third-party services including Firebase (Google) for data storage and authentication, and Google Gemini for AI features. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

StudyLumo and its creators are not responsible for:

  • Academic outcomes or exam results based on content generated by the app
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
  • Any indirect or consequential damages from use of the app
